Burren Nature Sanctuary
Burren Nature Sanctuary is a lovely place to visit to enjoy nature.
It is a beautiful place to walk outdoors and there is also a cafe to enjoy a coffee or lunch.
It is situated in the village of Kinvara, Co Galway
In 2012, Mary and Roy Bermingham devoted their 50-acre organic farm to nature conservation. This farm serves as a perfect representation of Burren biodiversity, featuring 25 acres dedicated to rewilding, a meticulously managed 15-acre orchid-rich wildflower meadow, native woodland, a collection of native botany, and a distinct protected wetland area.
