Check-in/Check-out Policies: 

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:


Check-In from 4:00 pm


Check-Out: 10.00 am

Later check-out time, this must be by prior arrangement, no later than 12 noon and is subject to availability for a fee of €30. 

Early check in time, this must be by prior arrangement, earlier than 1pm and is subject to availability for a fee of €30. 

Property and Cancellation Policies:

No Show - 100% payment of the entire stay.

Group bookings – 2 apartments or more: 

The group can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. 

Group booking 100% will be charged, if you cancel within 30 days of arrival. 

Please note groups who book individually or with multiple reservations will be treated as a collective group. In regard to groups and large groups, it is at the management discretion to accept these bookings.

 Burren Court Lodge does not  accept ‘stag’ or ‘hen’ parties. Our reason, is that most of our guests choose to stay at Burren Court Lodge,  as peaceful & quiet place to stay and relax, so we are not a suitable venue for Stag or Hen Parties.

No Parties allowed.

Pet Policy

We do not allow pets. Our reason is that some guests have a fear of dogs, and other guests have allergies to cats and/or dogs. Guide dogs assisting blind or visually impaired guests must be pre-notified. Unregistered pets, dogs arriving with guests, without prior approval, will result in a €100.00 room deep cleaning fee.

Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking property. Smoking inside apartments is strictly prohibited.

For the safety of our guests, smoke alarms are installed in each apartment. If the smoke detectors are activated, this will disturb other guests, as the centralised fire alarm will go off in neighbouring apartments. Any damages/excessive cleaning will incur additional €100.00 charge. 

We would ask you to please respect other guests and our neighbors in relation to noise. 

The guest shall not at any stage cause a nuisance of any kind or behave in an anti-social manner to fellow guests or staff members.

Burren Court Lodge cannot accommodate minors under the age of 18 that are not accompanied by their legal guardians. In the event that this provision is infringed and as soon as this is established, Burren Court Lodge Management shall proceed to cancel the booking or end the stay immediately, without refund.
