Please note that check-out time is 10.00am sharp.
(Please get in touch if you would like to check out later and we will do our best to accommodate you, if possible) Later check-out time, this must be by prior arrangement, no later than 12 noon and is subject to availability for a fee of €30.
Early Morning arrivals between 8.00am -11.00am can be accommodated by booking the previous night stay to guarantee room availability.
2-night Minimum Stay
One bedroom Apartments sleep Max 2 guests
Two bedroom Apartments sleep Max 4 guests
Property Cancellation Policies:
Individual bookings
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
Guests are charged 50% if you cancel within 30 days of before arrival
Guests are charged 100% if you cancel within 14 days of arrival
No Show -100% payment of the entire stay.
OTA Portals reservations
Please note that reservations through third party portals can only be changed and/or cancelled through these portals as per their terms.
Group bookings – 2 apartments or more:
The group can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Group booking 100% will be charged, if you cancel within 30 days of arrival.
Please note groups who book individually or with multiple reservations will be treated as a collective group.
In regard to groups and large groups, it is at the management discretion to accept these bookings.
Burren Court Holiday Homes do not accept ‘stag’ or ‘hen’ parties. Our reason, is that most of our guests choose to stay at our holiday homes, as peaceful & quiet place to stay and relax, so we are not a suitable venue for Stag or Hen Parties.
No Parties allowed.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission. Burren Court Holiday Homes expressly forbids entry to its property to any persons other than those listed under the relevant booking
Payment policy:
Guests must provide valid credit card details, which must be in the same name as the guest that booked the room/ registered guests - ID may be required on check-in to validate and confirm the reservation. Failure to comply with the above Credit card and ID policy may result in a cancellation of the booking with no reimbursement
Burren Court Holiday Homes do not take reservations by email or phone, as we don’t take credit card details unsecurely or open attachments.
Guests are asked to make reservations directly through our website, where the best rates and availability can be found
All reservations must be secured with credit card details. We reserve the right to pre authorise credit cards. Invalid or rejected cards will deem your reservation cancelled, after all attempts to make contact are unanswered. For any cancellation outside the cancellation policy time period, the payment will be processed on the day of the cancellation.
Pet Policy
We do not allow pets. Our reason is that some guests have a fear of dogs, and other guests have allergies to cats and/or dogs. Guide dogs assisting blind or visually impaired guests must be pre-notified. Unregistered pets, dogs arriving with guests, without prior approval, will result in a €100.00 room deep cleaning fee.
Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking property. Smoking inside apartments is strictly prohibited and a €100.00 fine is charged automatically for the deep cleaning of the room for those who do smoke, including out the window.
For the safety of our guests, smoke alarms are installed in each apartment. If the smoke detectors are activated, this will disturb other guests, as the centralised fire alarm will go off in neighbouring apartments. Any damages/excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.
We would ask you to please respect other guests and our neighbours in relation to noise.
The guest shall do nothing in the accommodation which is a breach of the law.
The guest shall not at any stage cause a nuisance of any kind or behave in an anti-social manner to fellow guests or staff members.
Burren Court Holiday Homes cannot accommodate minors under the age of 18 that are not accompanied by their legal guardians. In the event that this provision is infringed and as soon as this is established, Burren Court Holiday Homes shall proceed to cancel the booking or end the stay immediately.
Car Parking:
Free car parking is provided, Burren Court Holiday Homes does not take responsibility for the property of our customers.
Customers park at their own risk.
