Clare Burren Marathon
The 18th Clare Burren Marathon Challenge will take place on Saturday, 23rd May 2026, offering a full marathon, half marathon, and 10km run/walk. Starting at 9am from the seafront in Ballyvaughan, County Clare, this unique event invites participants to experience one of Ireland’s most remarkable natural landscapes. Set in the heart of the Burren, runners and walkers will journey through striking rocky terrain and a rare blend of Arctic, Alpine, and Mediterranean flora.
